All individuals using Salty Sauna do so at their own risk.

- Alcohol and nudity are not permitted in the sauna. Salty Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated individuals

.- Children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted to use the sauna during public social sessions.

- Children aged 8-16 may only use the sauna during private bookings if accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the sauna on a 1:1 ratio. The parent or guardian must accept full responsibility for the child's safety and conduct.

- All jewellery must be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burns.

- If you have any health concerns regarding sauna use, it is essential to consult your GP before booking. You must NOT use the sauna if you:

- Suffer from high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory disorders, epilepsy, or diabetes

- Are pregnant- Are prone to dizziness or fainting

- Have any fungal infections or open wounds All individuals using the sea for a cold plunge do so at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are a capable swimmer and can handle exposure to cold temperatures and the varying conditions of the sea.

SAUNA ETIQUETTE

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please adhere to the following sauna etiquette:

- Remove footwear and rinse your feet in the provided bucket before entering the sauna

- Remove makeup and skincare products for hygiene reasons

- Avoid sauna use within 72 hours of dying your hair

- Enter and exit the sauna safely and promptly

- Keep access points clear for safe evacuation

- Always sit on a towel

- Limit sauna sessions to 5-15 minutes

- Gently pour water onto the sauna stove-never dump water

- Only use the provided sauna water on the hot rocks

- Do not touch the stove, stove cage, or rocks

- Glass is not permitted inside the sauna

-bring a water bottle and leave it in the changing area

- Change within your booked time slot if using the changing room

- Refrain from taking photos or videos during community sessions to respect other guests

Salty Sauna is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

GROUP BOOKINGS

For group bookings, it is your responsibility to ensure all participants are aware of these terms and conditions and practice safe sauna use.

ADMISSION POLICY

Salty Sauna reserves the right to refuse admission if a health or safety risk is identified.

Refunds will not be offered to individuals refused admission.

- Guests are welcome to take personal photos during private sessions for their own use but must ensure that all individuals featured in the photos have given their consent.

- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited during community sessions to protect the privacy of other guests.

Salty Sauna may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, our website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in any such content, please inform us before your session begins.

By attending a session at Salty Sauna, you agree to grant us permission to use group photos or videos where individual identities are not prominent or identifiable unless explicitly communicated otherwise.
